Observational Report

Observation is a written summary as well as performance of other

professional duties in the school settings. It is also the act of observing
teacher’s performance in their classroom or learning environment.
Techer needs to teach students skills, strategies and other knowledge,
consider other important issues that may affect their English learning
language.
It is known that through the practical course , my supervisor , mentor
and groupmate observed my lessons. Although he was far from me, I
watched the lesson of my groupmate Tulkinjonov. Some of lesson were
very captivating and decorative, while others were a bit tedions.
Teaching a class is complicated and always changing . Many things
happen at the some time, so it’s hard to see everything. Thirty students
in a class might be reacting to the lesson in different ways. You should
talk to the person watching the class before and after they watch it.
Experienced teachers know they can have a big impact on students
teachers. Certainly the all lessons which had conducted and watched
gave me an opportunity to discover the botch and needs of my hone
and discover a inescapable ways of handling them. During my practice, I
realized that my teacher was a great role model of my future career due
to her knowledge, manner and teaching ways; all were so helpful for my
future experience and me.
