Directions

Intro: Write an essay about the evolution and importance of gastronomy in our days. The essay must have:

 Title: Importance and evolution of gastronomy in the present day.


 A beginning: you should give an introduction to the topic, saying what you are going to talk about.
 Body: at this part of the essay you must explain your ideas about the topic giving information to support it.
 Conclusion: close your essay by giving emphasis to the point you discuss in the body of the essay.
 Use a minimum of 4 basic concepts of gastronomy.
 Mention at least 2 of the predecessors of gastronomy and their relevance.

Format and due date:

o The essay must be written in computer, printed along with this rubric and delivered on Wednesday January
30th of 2019.
o Letter size must be Arial 12.
o Remember to write your name
o The essay should have a minimum of 800 words.
