CUSTODY AGREEMENT

1. Purpose of the Contract:

On January 17, 2024, the parties: MEL FREITAS, a minor, registered under the
CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH number 201916050, aged 4, herein, duly represented by
her mother, Mrs. ANGELICA FREITAS ANDRADE, registered under the DRIVER
LICENSE Nº 000047959633 with an expiration date of 01/18/2030, residing at
1013 YELLOW DAISY DR MATTHEUS, NC 28104-4106, and Mr. IGOR DE FREITAS
SASSARO LUIZ, registered with DRIVER LICENSE Nº 000040438434, with an
expiration date of 01/10/2032, residing at 14308 Springwater Dr. Matthews, NC
28105, agree as follows:

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
The conciliating parties had a relationship, resulting in the birth of MEL FREITAS
on October 15, 2019.

CUSTODY AND VISITATION RIGHTS

This shared custody agreement is entered into between Mrs. ANDRADE,
hereinafter referred to as "Mother," and Mr. FREITAS, hereinafter referred to as
"Father," both parties acknowledging that the implementation of shared custody
is in the best interest of the child, Mel Freitas.

The parents agree to have shared custody of the child, with 15 days per month
with the father and 15 days with the mother. Specific details regarding the days
and times will be agreed upon between the parties, taking into consideration the
needs and activities of the child.

ALIMONY:
During the period when the child is under the custody of the father, the father will
be responsible for all costs related to the child. Similarly, when the child is under
the custody of the mother, the mother will be responsible for associated costs.
This includes expenses for a babysitter, recreational activities, and other
necessary expenditures to ensure the well-being of the child.

Both parties agree to maintain proper records of expenses and are committed to
ensuring that the child receives appropriate financial support, with the necessary
flexibility to accommodate the child's needs. This agreement is valid throughout
all 12 months of the year, regardless of the child's school vacations.

The parents, as holders of parental authority, commit to making decisions and actively
participating in the process of raising, educating, and developing their daughter. They
agree to share relevant decisions, such as choosing the educational institutions where the
child should be enrolled, and participating in activities not included in her daily life, such as
trips, among others.

The parties agree that if the father wishes, and with the mother's consent, to enroll the
child in any sports activity, the payment for it must be fully borne by the father.

They also agree that any expenses arising from any nature, not only (travels, documents,
consular expenses, etc.), as well as future expenses, including medical and hospital
expenses not fully covered by the health plan, will be divided equally, 50% (fifty percent) for
each parent. However, they will be split equally, in the same proportion, for expenses such
as medicine, dentist, tuition, material, and school uniforms, and occasional expenses such
as glasses, orthodontic and orthopedic appliances, among others, upon presentation of
receipts/invoices or equivalents to prove such expenses.

They also agree that on extended holidays, such as commemorative dates and Christmas,
the child must remain in the company of one parent, alternately, as agreed between them.

Each parent is responsible, while the child is under their care, for covering all necessary
expenses for the child's support and upbringing, including those resulting from
recreational, sports, and cultural activities, necessary for the child's formation and
development.

The parties commit to complying with the conditions established in this agreement from
the date of its signature.

It is also agreed that this agreement will be renewed every 2 years, according to the child's
needs and age, as well as changes in the child's needs and priorities.

Non-compliance with this document within 30 days will be taken to court.

The parties also agree.
