Software development for radiation detectors - C++, Python

Internship Offered
IEAP CTU develops miniature radiation detectors for science, medicine and space based on the family of Timepix chips. To strengthen out team of young
engineers and students we are looking for a software engineer who would help with the software development for these detectors (written in Python or
C++), eventually libraries for data reduction (these are based on CERN libraries ROOT and AllPix2) or user interfaces for Windows or Linux which would
make command-based libraries more user-friendly for users not familiar with Timepix.

Eventually we offer the possibility to work on the design of our institute webpages (www.utef.cvut.cz) and make them more attractive and user friendly for
employees to add news and other material themselves.

The work is in a small team (3-4 people) of young engineers and students with a friendly non-formal atmosphere.
