PRESIDENT’S ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT SY 2022-2023

Students Spiritual Movement

The Supreme Student Council, in collaboration with the PNP-MP and with
backing from the religious sectors, strived to help students access their mental health,
obtain spiritual guidance, provide them with individual spiritual guidance, and give
them chances to gain a better understanding of themselves that helped build up their
academic and leadership abilities, benefit their mental health, and enhance their
satisfaction with the school.

This report presents an overview of the Students’ Spiritual Movement thru the
Free Gospel Concert and Exhortation held at the IPED Building, Mountain Province
State Polytechnic College-Tadian Campus, Poblacion, Tadian on May 12, 2023. The
event was initiated by the Supreme Student Council in partnership with Tadian
Municipal Police, Kasimbayanan Faith-Based Leaders, Heart of My Heart Band, and
the Women’s Religious Group from Taned, Mankayan. The objective of the activity was
to share the Gospel through uplifting songs and exhortations, providing spiritual
encouragement and boosting the morale of the students.

The Students Spiritual Movement thru the Free Gospel Concert and
Exhortation provided an opportunity for students to connect with their faith and find
spiritual inspiration. The collaboration between Tadian MPS, faith-based leaders,
student organizations, and musical groups showcased the power of unity and
collective effort in creating a meaningful event. The positive feedback and uplifting
experience of the participants indicate the success of the program in achieving its
objectives.

I. Event Highlights:

1. Warm Welcome

The masters of ceremony, SSC President- Yumilka E. Filog and Vice President-
Van Veen S. Chakas kickstart the event with their amusing and enthusiastic intro’s to
the students and guests. Furthermore, the participants and guests were warmly
welcomed by Mr. Guillermo Dilem, the campus SSDO Coordinator, setting a positive
and inclusive atmosphere for the event.

2. Exhortation by Faith-Based Leaders

Ptr. Paul Sapongot, Ptr. Raul Binay-an, Ptr. Joey Coyugan, and Ptr. Alejandro
Dumangeng shared their exhortations, delivering messages of faith, hope, and the
goodness of God. Their collective message emphasized the goodness of God in all
circumstances.

3. Live Entertainment

The event featured live entertainment by the Heart of My Heart Band and
Women’s Religious Group from Taned, Mankayan, the Student’s Spiritual Movement-
MPSPC Tadian Campus, and Tadian MPS represented by PCPL Moises Stephen
Marquez. The participants enjoyed soul-stirring songs of praise and worship, creating
a revitalizing atmosphere.

II. Participants:

The activity was actively participated by all students of Mountain Province State
Polytechnic College, Tadian Campus.
