HOMEROOM PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THE

CONDUCT OF JUNIORS HIGH SCHOOL BALL OF SAN JOSE PROVINCIAL HIGH
SCHOOL

Whereas San Jose Provincial High School classroom PTA officers of Grade
Section
sees the importance of psychosocial development of each learner as
social rite of passage where boys and girls in high school are introduced as
ladies and gentlemen in a formal evening ball;

Whereas the classroom PTA considers that it is a time for students to learn on how to
converse and mingle with people they are acquainted with and the strangers to them
in a very formal occasion;

Whereas the participation of this activity shall be SOLELY VOLUNTARY in nature and
not a pre-requisite to any academic or non-academic school requirement and that the
amount to be rendered by each participating student shall be paid directly to their
respective class advisers;

Whereas, the classroom PTA officers requests to show liquidation report on all
expenses incurred during the conduct of the activity after the promenade;
Whereas, this Juniors Ball as proposed shall be conducted on _ to
give time for parents or guardians to cope with the financial aspect needed subject
to the approval of the Department of Education- Division of Negros Oriental

NOW THEREFORE, in motion of _

duly seconded by _ BE IT;

RESOLVED, that this body now in session on the approval of the conduct of
Junior High School Ball on of San Jose Provincial High
School.

FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be given favourable action

the soonest time.
