The Miskatonic Repository Catalogue was compiled by Nick Brooke based on product
details published on Chaosium’s Miskatonic Repository community content web store on
DriveThruRPG; any original work in this compilation is copyright © 2020 Nick Brooke.

The cover image is a royalty free stock photograph of Chetham’s Library, Manchester, taken by
Michael D Beckwith and available from various stock photo sites on the internet.

The Miskatonic Repository Catalogue is an Excel spreadsheet listing all the titles available
via the Miskatonic Repository, Chaosium’s community content programme for Call of Cthulhu
on DriveThruRPG. Columns let you sort or filter titles by language, setting and/or time period.
The catalogue is based on DriveThruRPG listings and product descriptions.

• Title: Korean product titles with no English translations have been passed through Google
Translate; I apologise for any unintended hilarity that results. If the listed title is different to
that on the front cover, I’ve gone with the front cover. All titles are hyperlinked to the product
page on DriveThruRPG.

• Language: where a title comes bundled in two languages (e.g. French & English versions),
this is stated. Where a title is a translation, the original work’s title is under Contents.

• Korean, Chinese or Japanese Title: in case this is useful to you.

• Price: free or Pay What You Want prices are shown in blue; bundle prices are shown in red.

• Pages: as stated by the author.

• $/page: with no adjustment for covers, credits, tables of contents, blank space, adverts, etc.

• Medal: DriveThruRPG awards a Copper best-seller medal to any title selling more than 50
copies; Silver for more than 100, Electrum more than 250, Gold more than 500 and Platinum
more than 1,000 copies. I do my best to keep this information up to date.

• Location: information provided by the author. Skim the drop-down list in case someone has
been oddly specific (e.g. “Ocean Liner” and “Transatlantic Liner” seem pretty similar to me).

• Time: information provided by the author. Some scenarios specify a year (and date, and
perhaps even hour), some are written for a generic era (“Modern,” “1920s”), some span
multiple eras (“1930s/1950s”). Again, look for overlaps (“Dark Ages” and “Viking Era,” “Old
West” and “1870s”)

• Series: used for related works and Call of Cthulhu settings (Regency, Gaslight, Pulp, etc.).

• POD?: print on demand titles, which could be hardcover, softcover or both.

• Category: most titles on the Miskatonic Repository are Scenarios. Some are Characters,
Rules, Maps, Settings or Play Aids, and are labelled as such. Titles are listed as Monsters where
the description suggests the monster is the focus of the product.

• Reviews: links to two prominent review sites, Reviews from R’lyeh and Rolling Boxcars.

• Contents: several products are available in bundles; some products are in several bundles.
DriveThruRPG highlights bundles and discounts.

If you want to know about the “affiliate_id” codes on every link, here’s the Affiliate Program
FAQ. If someone follows one of these links to DriveThruRPG and buys anything, I get up to 8% of
what they spend as a referral fee. Which is why I make useful resources like this.
