Escobedo’s evolution

Hi, I live in Escobedo and next I’m going to talk about how the place where I have lived
since I’m 7 years old has changed. One thing that I think I need to specify is that I live in
the limit of Escobedo, San Nicolas and Apodaca, so I will talk about a mix of these 3 and
how they were evolving when I moved there.
At first, I want to mention of the new connections to roads that must have supported to
upgrade in a lot of points that I’m going to tell at continue. Some of the changes in the last
years was the connection of Av. Juarez from Rep. Mexicana to road Laredo. Another was
about Av. Concordia to road Laredo.
This two have incremented the capital gain of the houses and called the attention of many
companies that didn’t took a long time in start building new subdivisions in 2016.
As the consequence of getting new subdivisions, it brought a big growth in the commerce.
This got better when they were planning shopping areas like Point B and Plaza Nya while
the consequences were finishing. Also, supermarkets due the increase of people in the
zone, but if I start talking about the increment of factories, I can’t say nothing, because in
the limits it’s more conformed by normal shops and I have never seen a factory near my
location
Other thing is the switch in the social activity, because before the new roads there wasn’t
a lot of people in the lineal park in that time, but after that a lot of restaurants, movie
theaters, gyms, medical centers, etc. were built. That modified the number of persons
that it can be seen in the street now a days. That’s why now I can easily access to any type
of service without the necessity of waste a lot of time.
Clearly now that there are many people the trash is a problem, but for that case a lot of
recycling campaigns have looked for this place since the increment of trash, doing
movements to influence the care of nature.
At least, one important thing is the education, and this also happened whit the
inauguration of the Cambridge high school where the kids can have a better access to
their education. This fact could have helped a lot of parents whit a better control of time.
All these points have helped to a better quality of live, because now the residents can be
healthy, entertained and more prepared at the moment of needing some service. And if I
need to say a bad point it could be the traffic due the people that have moved here, and
this problem hasn’t resolved yet.
