This March, the PEZA-CEZ joins the country in the observance of Fire Safety Month. In line
with the continued commitment of PEZA to raise awareness on fire prevention and control as
well as to enhance the skills in emergency response strategies of the locators, we are
pleased to inform you that PEZA-CEZ, in partnership with the Safety Organization of the
Philippines, Inc. (SOPI) and with the support of the Cavite Export Zone Investors Association
(CEZIA), will hold the CEZ Open Industrial Fire Brigade Competition on February 24,
2024 (Saturday) at the grounds fronting the CEZ Recreation Area.

In line with this, may we invite your company fire brigade to join the competition. Just like in
the previous years, the winning fire brigades in the local competition will automatically be
qualified to participate in the national competition for the 34th Industrial / Commercial Fire
Brigade Competition which will be held on March 02, 2024.

The competition rules, with initial and final briefing, will be discussed on 26 January
2024 and February 20, 2024, respectively, at 9:00AM at the CEZ Fire Station, Rosario,
Cavite. Other query on this matter may be directed to the CEZ Environment Health and
