A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. KAITH M. DELA CRUZ AS

THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY PAITAN, STA.MARIA,
PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act
of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK members from among the
members of the KK.

Whereas, Ms. Kaith M. Dela Cruz possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary
as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Ms. Kaith M.
Dela Cruz of Barangay Paitan, Santa Maria, Pangasinan until the end of the term of the appointing
authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Ms. Kaith M. Dela Cruz for his file,
copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local Youth Development
Office of Santa Maria, Pangasinan for their information and record.
