MEMORANDUM

TO: All Judges and Clerks of Court of the First and

Second Level Courts

RE: One-time Amendment by the First and Second

Level Courts of Their Respective 2024 Project
Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs)

This has reference to the OCA Circular No. 217-2023 (Re: Submission of
Project Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs)for the Year 2024) dated June
15, 2023, reminding all Judges and Clerks of Court of the First and Second
Level Courts to submit their PPMPs to the Property Division, Office of
Administrative Services (OAS), Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) on or
before the close of office hours of the second Friday of August of every year, or
on August 11, 2023 for the allocation of the courts' annual supply requirements
for 2024.

However, on November 28,2023, the Court En Bane issued a Resolution

which reads as follows:

"A.M. No. 10-3-7-SC (Re: Proposed Rules on E-

Filing) and A.M. No. 11-9-4-SC (Re: Proposed Rule for
the Efficient Use of Paper). - Acting on the Memorandum
dated October 17, 2023 of Court Administrator Raul B.
Villanueva re: Reports/Feedback from Trial Court
Personnel on the Resolution dated April 11, 2023, the
Court resolved to AUTHORIZE the following: x x x

(b) One-time amendment by the Lower Courts of

their respective Project Procurement Management Plans to
increase the quantities of bond papers, ink cartridges,
and/or toners to cover additional needs for the incoming
year."

Relative thereto, all Judges and Clerks of Court of the First and Second
Level Courts are allowed to submit a one-time amendment of their respective
PPMPs particularly on the supplies of bond papers, ink cartridges, and/or
toners to cover any additional needs for the incoming year on or before the
close of office hours of the second Friday of March 2024, or on March 8, 2024
using the prescribed form as attached herein (ANNEX "A").
 The amended PPMPs may also be submitted through electronically to the
following electronic mail addresses:
