1. Attached is a letter from Roberto L. Quizon, Action Officer/CCCPC-

Member, Caloocan City Council for the Protection of Children, requesting data as
part of the preparation for the Child Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA)
for calendar year 2022.

2. Relative to this, school heads are advised to submit documentation

containing narrative report and photos of child-led activities conducted for School
Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 thru the link, tinyurl.com/childled2223 on or
before February 9, 2024.

3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are

directed.
