During the whole week of reporting, we discussed about Environmental Issues that the world is facing today.

This is a complex and important topic, and I was grateful for the opportunity to learn from my classmates and
my instructor, because the environment is the natural world around us, including the air, water, land, plants, and
animals. It is essential for our survival and well-being because it provides us with food, clean air and water, and
a place to live. Human activities, on the other hand, have a negative impact on the environment, causing a
variety of problems such as overpopulation, deforestation, water pollution, overfishing, food waste, and plastic
pollution.

Overpopulation has a number of negative consequences. It can lead to food and water shortages, environmental
degradation, and increased competition for resources. It can also lead to social and economic problems, such as
poverty that causes childrens malnutrition, unemployment, and crime. I learned that the most important solution
to overpopulation is education. When people understand the risks of overpopulation and the benefits of family
planning, they are more likely to make choices that reduce their family size. I am also a strong supporter of
making family planning services accessible and affordable. This includes providing contraception and
counseling to all people, regardless of their income or social status and I am committed to do my part to address
the issue of overpopulation. I plan to do this by educating myself and others about the issue, and by supporting
organizations that are working to find solutions.

I was happy to be able to know that there are a number of things that can be done to address water pollution.
One important step is to reduce the amount of pollution that is entering waterways. This can be done by treating
sewage and wastewater properly, reducing industrial waste, and controlling agricultural runoff. Water pollution
is a serious problem, but it is one that can be solved. By working together, we can reduce the amount of
pollution to make water safer for drinking, swimming, and fishing. Water is a precious resource.

Overfishing also is a serious problem that we almost didn’t recognize, the ocean is one of our great resources so
we should also take care of it and the aquatic lives, I have learned that we can do this can be done by setting
quotas, limiting the amount of fishing gear that can be used, It is also important to improve the management of
fisheries and to enforce regulations more effectively. by that we can lessen the threat to global food security and
marine ecosystems. And we can ensure that future generations can enjoy the benefits of healthy and sustainable
fisheries.

Reducing food waste is a complex challenge, but it is one that is essential to address. Food waste has a social
impact, as it contributes to hunger and malnutrition. There are millions of people around the world who do not
have enough to eat, while at the same time, one-third of all food produced for human consumption is wasted.
We can address this isuue By Educating consumers about the causes and consequences of food waste, and
how to reduce their own food waste. This can be done through public awareness campaigns, school programs,
and other initiatives. And also we can Get involved in local food rescue efforts to help distribute surplus food
to people in need. So that we can create a more sustainable food system that reduces food waste and feeds
everyone.

Lastly, I realized that there are many things that we can do to address plastic pollution. We can reduce our
plastic consumption, recycle plastic whenever possible, and support businesses that are working to reduce
plastic pollution. We can also advocate for government policies that support waste reduction and recycling.
Recycling is also important, but it is not enough to solve the plastic pollution problem. We need to reduce our
plastic consumption in the first place. We can all play a role in addressing plastic pollution

There are no “right” or “wrong” to inhabit our planet, but we must all work together. By making small changes
in our everyday lives, we can make a big difference for our planet.
