One check, made payable to Master Operating Trust Fund, shall include MOT Fund and
Vacation contributions.

The Company shall make monthly contributions to the various AMO benefits plans by the 10 th of
the following month on forms created by the AMO Plans Office. All 401(k) Plan withholdings
shall be paid as soon as practicable, but no later than the 15 th business day from the payroll paid
date in which the contributions were withheld.
