    COMPANY RESOLUTION FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE MONNIFY COLLECTION SOLUTION

    Unlimiteddata is a value added services(VAS) organization that offers instant recharge of Airtime, Data
    bundle, CableTV (DSTV, GOTV & Startimes), Electricity Bill payment , Recharge Card Printing and so much
    more to one customers.

    The company is a sole proprietorship organization and as such the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) acts
    alone and is thereby authorized to do and perform any and all acts including execution of any and all
    documents and certificates as deem fit.

    Therefore on the 11th , November 2023, Unlimiteddata agreed to set up and operate the Monnify virtual
    service for the sole purpose of automating collection process.

    The below user(s) are hereby authorized as the users of the collection platforms.
