Significance of the Study

This research mainly seek to provide information regarding the factors that influence

customer loyalty among Junior High School learners.

The result of the research may beneficial to the different sectors and individuals

namely; to the Business establisments, vendors, learners, and future researchers.

This study will be beneficial to the following:

Learners- this study could give learners an idea towards the factors that mostly

influence them to become loyal customer to a business.

Vendor - this study could provide information to the vendors about the different

factors that influence customer loyalty among learners .They can gain ideas to

improve what they should offers that enables them to obtain loyal customers.

Business establishments - this study could provide a brief understanding to the

business establishmens about the factors that influence customer loyalty among

learners so that they can develop new methods to use in producing products and

services.

Future Researchers- this study could provide insights to the future researchers as

their beginning track for related problems to explore in the future that may be a new

theory associated in customer loyalty will emerge.

Scope and Delimitation

The study aims to determined the factors that affects customers loyalty among Junior

High School learners at New Lucena National High School in the School year 2023-

2024 and its relationship to the learners grade level and gender. The 208

respondents of the study were chosen using the stratified random sampling

technique and simple random sampling using fish bowl method. The selected subject

of this study is limited to the Junior High school learners from grade 7 to grade 9

curriculum. This study use researcher made questionnaire checklist to determine the

factors that influence customer loyalty among learners at New Lucena National High

School. These includes the learners demographic profile and their monthly

allowance.
Definition of Terms

For a better understanding of this study, the following terms were defined

conceptually and operationally.

Customer Loyalty is an ongoing emotional relationship between you and your

customer, manifesting itself by how willing a customer is to engage with and

repeatedly purchase from you versus your competitors.

In this study, it refers to the relationship that emerged between the vendors and the

Junior High School learners at New Lucena National High School.

Vendors refers to a person or company that sells goods or services.(Cambridge

Dictionary, 2023)

In this study, it refers to the people who sells products and services among learners

in the school canteen and within outside the school area at New Lucena National

High School.

Factors refers to a fact or situation that influences the result of something.

(Cambridge Dictionary, 2023)

In this study, it refers to the the element that influence customer loyalty among

learners at New Lucena National High School that the researchers will going to

defined and present.

Learners refers to a person who is trying to gain knowledge or skill in something by

studying, practicing, or being taught. (Britannica Dictionary, 2023)

In this study, it refers to the persons who are invloved as participants or respondents

to answer the questionnaires to make a good finding and solve the problem in the

study.

Is there a significant relationship between the factors that influence customer loyalty

and the grade level of learners?

Is there a significant relationship between the factors that influence customer loyalty

and the sex of learners?

Definition of Terms

behavior, and willingness to become a member of the service institution. (Cheng, et

al., 2011).
