A waiter needs to do many things. A waiter should be relaxed
and friendly to customers, but a restaurant is not a relaxed
place really. The kitchen is very busy, and when there are a lot
of customers, the waiter needs to remember everything, be
quick AND be relaxed. It can be difficult for some people.
You also need to remember lots of things, like what tables to
go to and what people ordered.
