DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This DEED OF SALE,executed this ___________________ at _____________________ by and

Nuevo Brgy. Sabang Naic Cavite, legal age, Filipino hereinafter called the VENDOR:

Dolores T. Castro with postal address Blk 11 Lot 2 Michigan St., South 2 San Marino Salwag,
Dasmarinas Cavite,, hereinafter called the VENDEE:

WITNESSETH, that;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of one (1) Motorcycle with Side Car Vehicle
which vehicle is more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is desirous to sell unto the said VENDEE the above-described
motorcycle vehicle and the VENDEE capitalized agreed to buy the said vehicle;

WHEREAS, the VENDEE will hold the VENDOR free and harmless from any tax, duties, import
or assessment of any kind which may be due or which may arise from deed of sale of the above-described
motorcycle vehicle.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Thousand Pesos Only
(Php 15,000.00) Philippine Currency, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR
from the VENDEE, herein VENDOR, by this presents, hereby sells, transfer and conveys unto the said
VENDEE, his heirs and assigns the above described motor vehicle.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands on the day, year and
at the place above written.
