    GENERAL NOTES :
    1. Refer to 400V Load Center and Motor Control Center Load Schedule for details
    (number and rating) of outgoing feeders.

    2. Breakers shall be operated electrically or manually.Breaker status (close / test /
    available) shall be monitored and controlled by DCS.
    3. Refer to 400V Schematic Diagrams for details.
    4. An Auto / Manual Switch shall be fixed on the switch board.The position of the
    switch is monitored by DCS as well as transfer device.
    5. In manual operating mode , the incomings and tie feeder breakers shall have DCS
    initiated commands executed via transfer device (PLC). DCS shall monitor status of
    breaker (close / test / available).
    6. For bus transfer in auto operating mode, transfer device (PLC) shall control the
    operation of incomings and tie feeder breakers. In manual operating mode Local
    and DCS shall control the operation of breakers via transfer device (PLC). Live bus
    transfer shall be make-before-break in both operating modes, for detail operation
