 CHRONOLOGY
• 22-10-2020, Meeting with Registrar B/Infra-2, Chief Architect & team
Chief Architect made 54 points some deviation from State norms 2014
• 27-10-2020, Meeting with Registrar B/Infra-2 As per instructions
changes Incorporated and mailed.
• 8-12-2020, Meeting - Court sizes suggested by Hon’ble Shri Justice J.P.
Gupta.
• 17-02-2021 Meeting Memo 26-02-21 with reference to, Registry gave
instruction to Change Court Rooms internal furniture layout & male,
female Lockup room entry & Planning following norms as per
2014/2018,
• 22-03-2021, Meeting Hon’ble committee seen the PPT & considered the
planning But Hon’ble committee gave instruction for changes of Court
sizes in Next meeting. Memo 3-04-2021 with reference to meeting
committee gave instructions for Changes of court sizes of 27’x45’ &
27’x50’ to be incorporated in Planning of new court rooms.

COMPLIANCE REPORT OF LETTER 26 FEBRUARY 2021 TH
• The lockup room (male & female) should not be proposed near the court room
or court corridor or at least its entry /exit points shall be kept opposite to the
court room / corridor so as to avoid nuisance.
 Yes
• Construction of toilets at the service block is proposed to be adjacent to Bar
Room. The entry & exit point of the proposed Bar Room should be made at quite
a distance from the proposed toilets so as to maintain proper hygiene. Double
entry and exit points shall be provided in every Bar Room.
 Yes
• Provision for drinking water facility at the Service Block is presently proposed in
front of the proposed Public toilet. There Shall be a partition between the Public
toilet and drinking water facility and separate approach way shall also be
provided for each of the aforementioned facilities.
 Yes
• Provisions for Lift well shall also be made in each newly proposed Court Complex
and Service Block for future requirement.
 Yes
• Provision towards seating arrangements of Public Prosecutor shall only be made
on the ground floor of each Newly Proposed Service Block instead of any other
floor.

• Provision for parking space/ space for Advocates chambers shall be made in the
conceptual plan/drawing of each New Court Complex so as to avoid any dispute in future;
 Yes
• The minimum area of any New Court Complex be increased to cater
insufficiency of existing area to comply with all the aforementioned directions;
 Yes
• Provision for stilt parking should not be made imperative for all the
New Court Complex. It shall be provided on individual case basis based on the
factor of requirement and availability of land for a certain project. If sufficient
parking space cannot be provided on the available land and acquisition of
adjacent land is not possible in such situation provision for stilt parking may be
considered. Any proposal for construction of stilt parking shall invariably be
submitted with a cost comparative report of the proposed stilt parking plan
vis-a-vis the parking plan by acquisition of adjacent additional land of the
proposed Court Complex.

• Provision for larger parking space shall be made looking to the many fold
increase in the numbers of four wheelers and two wheelers possessed by
the Advocates, Litigants and Employees.

• Each Court Complex shall be made on Green concept.

• Provision shall be made for Virtual Hearing of Cases.

• Provision shall be made for proper ventilation, sufficient lighting, Air
Conditioner, Cooler, sound proofing arrangement etc. in each
Court Complex, it must be ensured that the noise of running cooler
or any other similar articles may not interfere with the smooth
functioning of the Court Room.

• Provisions of Kota Stone flooring in general,
• Vitrified tiles in Judges Chamber & meeting/VC hall.
• Provision of 3-track UPVC windows.
• Doors Shutters will be provided with both side pre-laminated particle board.
• Provision of separate toilets for Staff & Public.
• Concealed Conduit Electrical Copper Wiring.
• Provision for Child Friendly Court.
