For revival of Engineering Department, a three phases plan is proposed:

Phase-I
In order to resume the academic activities at the said department with minimum budgetary
requirements, the following short term technical courses are proposed:

These courses require minimal hardware, out of which some of the hardware (e.g. PCs) is
already available, however, for remaining hardware either purchasing is the option or
industry partner can be engaged. For 2nd option multiple options can be explored depending
upon the mutual understating. On successful launching of these basic courses, further
courses can be included.
