Byju’s Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd. (Patna), Intern : (June 2019 – Nov 2019)

Discovery communication India (Discovery channel) launched DSSL (Discovery school super league)
which is a critical thinking and knowledge-based quiz contest held in collaboration with Byju’s, thus
providing a unique platform for students. It targets pan India level. My role was to visit schools and talk to
the principals about the DSSL program and to convince them to register for DSSL in the Bihar and
Jharkhand zone. I had boarded 70+ schools successfully and also helped the execution team to conduct
the examination in various districts of Bihar and Jharkhand, successfully generated more than 20000+
leads for the organization.

Full Time Roles :-

Practo Technologies (Bangalore), Lead - Operations : (Mar 2022 – Current)

● Leading day to day Procurement operations, IPD operations, OPD operations along with finance
operations of the Practo Care Surgeries, Practo owned hospital and Corporate health benefits
business units at the central operations team.
● Owning Capex Management, Vendor Management, Inventory management, Clinic management
with provisioning of the expenses along with managing payouts for Doctor’s consultation, Doctor’s
surgeries, Clinic rentals, Vendor services, Hospital Expenses and processing it with the validation of
finance on a turn around time on monthly basis.
● Leading 50+ healthcare Vendors and tracking their orders to fulfillment with adherence to Turn
around time.
● Successfully stretched OPD funnel from booked to completion at 30% to 55% till date.
● Maintained an average of IPD scheduled to completion at 95% throughout the year.
● Managing and closing escalations from all the business units of Practo (at a central level).
● Closely working with the growth and category team to develop and streamline existing and setting
new processes.

conversion and publishing a detailed report of the conversions across the cities. ●
