Duties and Responsibilities

QA Senior Group Leader
 Assist in technical sustaining activities in the operation especially during qualification of prototype model.
 Manage and monitor all measuring instrument if 100% operational and report to Supervisor if abnormality
occurs.
 Manage QA documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection request, non-compliance
reports and process instructions and other QA related documents.
 Determine when process stability and capability studies should be performed on existing processes. Review and
analyze results. Recommend and implements changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up
to verify effectiveness.
 Responsible to confirm and decide product and process line disposition and report unresolved problems to
Supervisor.
 Lead the evaluation and qualification of material, process and machine.
 Update and monitor Quality Performance Report per month and each section’s process data per week and its
investigation
 Lead in the implementation of 5S, maintain good housekeeping and orderliness on his/her workplace.
 Key attendees during internal and external meeting/audits.
 Apply good manufacturing practice and observe that it is being adhered to.
 Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned and requested by the immediate superior from time to
time.
