during the decoding process.

The communication process involves a continuous

1. The information is decoded by the sender +

the channel to the reciever + sender.
3. Once received, the information is decoded by the
sender + receiver who then gives feedback.
4.Afterwards, similar to the initial process, the
decoded information is encoded before being
transmitted back through the channel, with
psychological noise continuing to be present
throughout.

applicable:
In a business meeting, the communication process
model is applicable as team members exchange
ideas and information. The sender encodes their
message during presentations, which is then
decoded by the receivers who give feedback as we as
information. However, potential noise in the form of
misunderstandings or distractions may occur
during the exchange which disrupts the
interpretation of the message.
