The proposed project is a pilot secondary school that is designed to meet the needs of students in the

The school will be designed to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of students and teachers.
It will have a variety of learning spaces, including traditional classrooms, breakout rooms, and
makerspaces. The school will also have a strong focus on technology, with access to state-of-the-art
equipment and resources.

CAPITOL
A proposed renovation to modernize the Camarines Sur Provincial Capitol. The renovation aims to
improve the capitol's facilities and infrastructure, as well as its overall aesthetic. The capitol is currently in
need of repair, and the renovation would help to make it a more functional and attractive space for both
visitors and employees.

The proposed renovation of the Camarines Sur Provincial Capitol is a bold and ambitious project. It is a
testament to the commitment of the provincial government to providing its citizens with the best possible
services. The new capitol building will be a modern and efficient landmark that will serve the people of
Camarines Sur for many years to come.
BEACHRESORT 05
A Chinese-inspired beach resort; the colors and patterns on the plate are inspired by traditional Chinese
art and architecture. The resort would have traditional Chinese architecture, with tiled roofs and pagoda-
like structures. The resort would also have a variety of Chinese-inspired amenities, such as a spa &
saunas.

The shape of the structure is a lotus to signify Chinese reverence for nature and beauty. The lotus flower is
often associated with purity and enlightenment in Chinese culture. Its graceful form and vibrant colors
make it a fitting symbol for the country's rich history and artistic traditions.
MODERN 06
SUPERMARKET

A proposed modern supermarket that is designed

to be more efficient, convenient, and sustainable
than traditional supermarkets. The supermarket
will also have a number of features that are
designed to reduce waste and energy
consumption, such as energy-efficient lighting
and water-saving fixtures. Overall, the proposed
supermarket is a vision for a more modern,
sustainable, and convenient way to shop for
groceries.

BAHAYNAKPIL

Bahay Nakpil Bautista is one of the heritage sites in the Philippines

because of its historical significance. The structure would be
repurposed into a public library since it is near the university belt
and would be convenient for the local students. The design of
Philippine architecture would be applied while reusing the building.
The main idea is to use Filipino architectural styles like "Bahay n
Bato" and "Bahay Kubo"
MIDDLE-CLASS 08
TOWNHOUSE

A proposed middle-class townhouse

located in Christine Royale Executive
Village, San Miguel, Pasig City that would
be affordable for middle-class families. The
townhouses would be built in rows, with
each townhouse having its own front door
and backyard. The townhouses would be
two stories tall, and they would have a
variety of features that would make them
attractive to middle-class families, such as
a living room, dining room, kitchen,
bedrooms, and bathrooms.
