Introduction

The BrajRaj foods

is food chain start-
up that serves
visitors with
organic food and a
traditional culture.
It is situated in Vrindavan and have open air and village like
experience.

Restaurant will have

outdoor seating and
suitable trees will
planted to keep
atmosphere cool in
summer.
Fire pits will be
arranged for winter.
Purpose

As we are seeing that people are becoming conscious about their

good lifestyle and food habits. After Corona virus the way the
whole world is becoming aware of good lifestyle and the
government is also paying attention towards organic farming.
Keeping all in mind, I have decided to contribute in building new I

India.

Objective

My objective is not to serve food only once or twice a day. My first

aim is to make people aware of the benefits of organic farming
and including organic products in daily life style. “Food will
available anywhere but Satvik food will not be available
everywhere”.
Problem statement

Presently the quality of food is not good and people are not aware
about the nutritional requirements of their body. People like to eat
spicy and sweet food but are not aware of its side effects in the
long run.

The problem solution statement is to change the food habits and

try to re-adopt the traditional culture of India.
Goal and Vision

My goal is to provide best experience and the startup is all about

selling concept rather than a product or service. Spreading
awareness among the visitors is a main aim.

My vision is to be among the best Openair restaurant in India.

And to promote and maintain local heritage of Mathura and

Vrindavan.
Product and Service description

The term “organic” refers to how certain foods are produced.

Organic foods have been grown or farmed without the use of:

 artificial chemicals

 hormones

 antibiotics

1. Nutritious food – In today’s busy schedule, people are going

away from good food habits and it is very important to keep
both body and mind healthy. After a lot of research, it was
found that organic food is very important because the amount
of nutrition in organic vegetable and fruits was found to be
more than inorganic farming.
Did you know?

 Eating organic fruits and vegetables could increase your

antioxidant intake by 60 to 70%.

 Organic tomatoes are 50% higher in vitamin C content than

conventional tomatoes.

 Several older studies have found that organic foods

generally contain higher levels of antioxidants and certain
micronutrients, such as vitamin C, zinc, and iron.

 Organically grown crops have also been shown to have

lower levels of nitrate. In fact, studies have shown that
nitrate levels are 30% lower in these crops.

 High nitrate levels are associated with an increased risk of

certain types of cancer.

2. Healthy Environment - While the greener restaurant trend is

growing, by setting an example as an eco-friendly in the
community I hope to give my
customers one more reason
to

enjoy eating at my restaurant. As I mentioned earlier, the

weather friendly environment will make a huge impact on
visitors. It will also help me a lot through word of mouth
advertisement in marketing strategy. It is all about experience
rather than other service.

3. Promotion of local culture- Vrindavan culture involves

recognized put within the Indian history and culture. Vrindavan
is a dynamic center of Brahmanism, Buddhism, and Jainism for
a few decade in Uttar Pradesh. The art, religion and festival
comprise the culture of Vrindavan which is famous worldwide.

The Vrindavan culture is famous throughout India, particularly

in the places, which consider Hinduism to be the main religion.
Their rich tradition of folk songs are famous even in foreign
lands.
4. Braj darshan - BRAJ also known as Brij, is a region of Uttar
Pradesh in India, comprising the twin cities of Mathura and
Vrindavan. It is not just a sacred land where lord Krishna was
born and performed his cosmic leelas, but also a place of
divine reminisces.

Brajbhumi forms a pilgrimage halo with temple cities like

Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, Gokul, Barsana under its vibrant
folds. These remarkable towns and villages unveil the captivating
areas where Lord Krishna grazed his cattle, killed

demons and played his melodious flute attracting milkmaids

whom he bullied for butter.

My aim is to serve culture of Mathura, Vrindavan, Goverdhan,

Gokul, Barsana at same place through art, different festivals,
through local activities.
