2023 AT BARANGAY HALL, MAY-ANAO, TIGAON, CAMARINES SUR.

RESOLUTION NO. __ Series of 2023

“A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE DSWD KALAHI CIDSS-PMNP THRU THE

COMMUNITY NUTRITION SUB-PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (CNSPMC)
TO IMPLEMENT THE SUB PROJECT PROVISION OF AMENITIES TO THREE (3)-
UNITS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER”

WHEREAS, the Kapit- Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan - Comprehensive and Integrated

Delivery of Social Services National Community-Driven Development Program
(KALAHI-CIDSS) aims to empower local communities through improved participation
in local governance and involvement in the identification, preparation and
implementation of poverty reduction interventions;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Multisectoral Nutrition Project (PMNP) is a government

project led by Department of Health and DSWD in partnership with other agencies to
adopt a bold, multisectoral nutrition approach to deliver a coordinated package of
nutrition-specific and nutrition- sensitive interventions across the various LGU
platforms together with a harmonized social behavior change and communication
strategy;

WHEREAS, this municipality and its barangays have been selected as one of the
covered areas of the said project;

WHEREAS, thru the Participatory Situational Analysis conducted last August 23,
2023, the barangay has identified the sub project PROVISION OF AMENITIES TO
THREE (3)-UNITS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER as its proposed priority
intervention for funding from the KALAHI-CIDSS PMNP;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. ______which was unanimously seconded

by the body, be it:

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the barangay allowed DSWD

KALAHI CIDSS-PMNP thru the Community Nutrition Sub-Project Management
Committee (CNSPMC) to implement the sub project PROVISION OF AMENITIES TO
THREE (3)-UNITS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the office of

the KALAHI-CIDSS Regional Project Management Office and all other offices
concerned for their information and guidance.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this 28th day of November, 2023 at May-Anao,

Tigaon, Camarines Sur.
