1. ESTIMATED LOSS OF Rs.

102,000/- AGAINST THE NON- ACUTION OF CANTEEN AT

FITFD FOR THE PERIOD OF 1-5-2019 TO 30-06-2019.
In response to observation raised regarding estimated loss against non- auction of Canteen FITFD
for Rs. 102,000/- against sr. no.3, it is stated that ex-contract of canteen FITFD was awarded to Mr.
Usman Afzal, which was expired on 30-04-2019 and during that time a meeting of canteen committee
was held on 16-04-2019 in which it was decided to advertisement of tender for various canteen points in
newspaper. The tender draft was prepared/ accepted by canteen committee for same purpose on 14-05-
2019 and approved by Vice Chancellor on 21-05-2019 and new tender was published in Daily Amman
Newspaper on 27-06-2019 (Copy of tender attached at flag A). The gap w.e.f. 1-5-2019 To 30-06-2019
was happened during the process of award of new contract.
2. ESTIMATED LOSS OF Rs. 167,500/- AGAINST THE NON- ACUTION OF CANTEEN AT
HAJRA GIRLS HOSTEL FOR THE PERIOD OF 08-02-2019 TO 30-06-2019.
In response to observation raised regarding estimated loss against non- auction of Canteen Hajra
Girls Hostel, for Rs. 167,500/- against sr. no.4, it is stated that ex-contract of canteen Hajra Girls Hostel
was awarded to Mr. Hafiz Bilal Ahmad, which was expired on 07-05-2019. Mr. Hafiz Bilal Ahmad has
deposited his monthly rent as admissible by rules upto 07-05-2019. After that the gap w.e.f 8-5-2019 to
30-06-2019 was happened during the process of award of new contract. (copy of tender attached at flag

3. ESTIMATED LOSS OF Rs. 40,000/- AGAINST NON-ACUTION OF CANTEEN AT AYESHA
GIRLS HOSTEL FOR THE PERIOD OF 1.03.2019 TO 30-06-2019.
In response to observation raised regarding estimated loss against non- auction of Canteen
Ayesha Girls Hostel, for Rs. 40,000/- against sr.no.5, it is stated that ex-contract of Canteen Ayesha Girls
Hostel was awarded to Mr. Hafiz Bilal Ahmad, which was expired on 28-02-2019. Mr Hafiz Bilal Ahmad
has deposited his monthly rent as admissible by rule upto, 28-02-2019. After that the gap w.e.f 01-03-
2019 to 30-06-2019 was happened during the process of award of new contract. (Copy of tender attached

4. ESTIMATED LOSS OF Rs. 36,000/- AGAINST NON-ACUTION OF CANTEEN AT KHADIJA
GIRS HOSTEL FOR THE PERIOD OF 01-03-2019 TO 30-06-2019.
In response to observation raised regarding estimated loss against non-auction of Canteen Ayesha
Girls Hostel, for Rs. 36000/- against sr.no.6, it is stated that ex-contract of Canteen Khadija Girls Hostel
was awarded to Mr. Munir Ahmad, which was expired on 28-02-2019. Mr Munir Ahmad has deposited
his monthly rent as admissible by rule upto. 28.02.2019. After that the gap w.e.f 01-03-2019 to 30-06-
2019 was happened during the process of award of new contract. (Copy of tender advertisement attached

5. ESTIMATED LOSS OF Rs. 1200,000/- AGAINST NON-AUCTION OF CANTEEN AT QUAID-E-
AZAM BLOCK FOR PERIOD OF 01-05-2019 TO 30-06-2019.
In response to observation raised regarding estimated loss against non-auction of Canteen at
Quaid-e-Azam Block, for Rs.1,200,000/- against sr.no.2, it is stated that ex-contract of Canteen at Quaid-
e-Azam was award to Mr. Farooq Ahmad which was expire on 30-04-2019. and during that time a
meeting of canteen committee was held on 16-04-2019 in which it was decided to advertisement of tender
for various canteen points in newspaper. The tender draft was prepared/ accepted by canteen committee
for same purpose on 14-05-2019 and approved by Vice Chancellor on 21-05-2019 and new tender was
published in Daily Amman Newspaper on 27-06-2019 (Copy of tender attached at flag A). The gap w.e.f.

ESTIMATED LOSS OF Rs. 2,505,000/- AGAINST NON-ACUTION OF CANTEEN AT AYESHA
GIRLS HOSTEL FOR THE PERIOD OF 1.01.2019 TO 30-06-2019.
In response to observation raised regarding estimated loss against Car parking/ Cycle stand , for
Rs. 2,505,000/- against sr.no.1, it is stated that competent authority was become the parking free.
