Anytown, ST 12345
The lockout for the above-mentioned property will take place on February 1, 2024, at 8:00 AM.
Please be prepared to meet the sheriff and have a [State] certified locksmith on site to change
the locks.
For the eviction to be completed, you or your agent must be present and prepared to take
control of the property. To complete the eviction, the deputy must enter the premises to take
control of the property and turn it over to you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and
remain near your vehicle or on the street until after the lockout has occurred. DO NOT enter
the property until the Sheriff has completed the lockout and turned the property over to you.
The deputy WILL NOT use force to enter the premises unless there is an emergency. Evictions
WILL NOT be completed if you enter the premises before the deputy arrives.
If the tenants vacate the property prior to the lockout, please contact my office and let us know
so we can notify the Sheriff that his services are not needed. Fees paid to the sheriff for a
lockout are not refunded.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact our office.
Best,
Jane Doe
