The combination of business and psychology is more likely crucial in this new era, where
is want high-end products, the best service over the globe, good attitude inside also outside the
company. Big companies spend huge money billions of dollars to understand their customers '
research about the psychology of human behavior also the firm trains their employees who go to
service customers, and encourages them to assume the products, and services this is foundational
for getting high revenue, and profit for the process in the company, Human and the business
world interact together in different ways based on the cooperative create a wide range of effect,
affecting everything from( personalities traits include leadership, set goals, decision making,
inspiration, planning for the whole business ) training best employees, good impression with
