Bakso or baso is Indonesian meatball, or meat paste made from beef surimi (paste made from fish or
other meat). Its texture is similar to the Chinese beef ball, fish ball, or pork ball. The term bakso could
refer to a single meatball or the whole bowl of meatballs soup.

Bakso can be found all across Indonesia; from the traveling cart street vendors to restaurants. Next to
soto (kind of soup), satay and siomay, bakso is one of the popular street food in Indonesia. Today,
various types of ready to cook bakso also available as frozen food commonly sold in supermarkets in
Indonesia.

NARATIVE TEXT

Meatball is one of the typical Indonesian food. In every dindonesia area there is this meatball food. Of
course with different tastes and tastes. Because not all the tongue of the Indonesian people the same.

Meatballs is one of my faforit food. With delicious lumps of meat, when served hot still very good. And
again if given saos to taste, the more tasty and seductive tongue lovers.
