We are pleased to provide this proposal to NAZROS Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the
“Company” for brevity).

This proposal forms the contract between us. It summarizes the scope of the services we will perform and
confirms the responsibilities we will assume in relation to the services discussed in this engagement.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Based on what was discussed from our previous meeting, we shall prepare the following in behalf of the Company:

1. Preparation of financial statements for March 2016 Once
2. Preparation of financial statements for April 2016

3. Recording of Daily Sales and updating the cash receipts book
from February 2014 up to the present (May 2016) Once
4. Recording of Senior Citizen’s discount and updating the Senior
citizen’s book from February 2014 up to the present (May 2016) Once
5. Assistance in the registration of senior citizen’s book Once
6. Assistance in the registration of cash receipts/cash register book Once
7. Separating the senior citizen’s info from the thermal copy of daily
sales / cross checking the senior citizen’s log book from the Once
thermal copy.
8. Consolidating the senior citizen’s book from POS1 to POS6 Once
9. Consultation As often as needed during the
completion of work

FEE ARRANGEMENT
Our professional fee for our services shall be:

Professional Services Fees

For the above mentioned services from numbers 1 to 9 Fifty Thousand Pesos Only
(50,000.00) per month

The fees stated above is fixed and for one time transaction only.

We will bill you as soon as the work is completed and would appreciate the settlement within ten (10) days from the
receipt thereof.

We also wish to thank you for giving us the opportunity to submit this proposal. Should you have any
