Crochet Leo in rounds. Stuff the legs, the body and the head with lot of polyfill! If you can see the
polyfill between the stitches, try to crochet with a hook that is one size smaller! Now we can start!

What you`ll need:

- Schachenmayr Catania in yellow, brown, orange and white

- Crochet hook in 2,5mm and 3mm
- Polyfill to stuff
- Needle, scissors
- Safety eyes in 9 mm
- Pins
Abbreviations:

Mc = Magic Circle

sc = single crochet

sl st = slip stitch

ch(s) = chain (s)

inc. = increase = 2sc in next sc

sc2tog = single crochet decrease

(…) = repeat the stitches until the end of this round

First leg:

2sc, and 6 ch(s) and continue with body.

Body: Crochet hook 2,5mm, yellow

Connect both legs with a sc in the first leg, next to the last st of Rd. 12. It is important that the tips of feet look to each
other.

Crochet now 23 sc around the first leg + 6sc in the chains + 24sc around the second leg + 6sc in the chains = 60 sc

Circles for the ears: brown, Crochet hook 2,5mm, make two!

Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.

Flatten the ears and sew the brown circles onto them. Sew the ears onto the edges of the head at 4° round

from the top as illustrated in the pictures. Help you with pins.

Sew the white snout a distance of 17 rounds from the top of the head, use pins to position it on the head and

stuffing before to close. Use the orange yarn to stitch the nose as you can see in the pictures.

Arms: Crochet hook 2,5mm, yellow and brown, make two of them! Change the colour on the back of the arms.
( Rd. 17.: 9sc in yellow, change to brown = 1sc, 2tog…)

that the sc2tog x2 look to the side.

Mane: orange, crochet hook 3mm

Start with a sl st below the white snout with a distance of 4 rounds.

1. Rd.: sl st around the head (64)

Perhaps you don`t have 64 sl st(s) around the head, !!! it must be divisible by four!!!
2. Rd.: hdc, sl st (64)
3. Rd.: (skip 1, 6dc in next st, skip 1, sl st) (16 arches)

Cut the yarn and sew it up.

Combining all pieces:

*Sew the head to the body.

*Sew the arms under the seam of the head.

*use the brown yarn and make sl st(s) at the color shift (body), start at the back!
