1. Document examined and photographed at Accounting Office of Baguio City Hall,
Baguio City, bearing questioned signature over an encoded name KURTNEY GUBA previously
marked “Questioned” dated 01 August 2023.

PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:

To determine whether or not the questioned signature of KURTNEY GUBA
previously marked “Questioned” and the standard signatures of Kurtney Guba marked “S-1 to
S-6” were written by one and the same person.

FINDINGS:
Scientific comparative examination and analysis of the questioned signature of
KURTNEY GUBA marked “Questioned” appearing in a disbursement voucher and the standard
signatures marked “S-1 to S-6” reveal dissimilarities in the manner of execution, stroke structure
and other individual handwriting characteristics an indication that they were not written by one
and the same person.

CONCLUSION:
The questioned signature of KURTNEY GUBA marked “Questioned” appearing in a
disbursement voucher dated 01 August 2023 and the standard signature marked “S-1 to S-6”
inclusive WERE NOT WRITTEN BY ONE AND THE SAME PERSON.

The original copy of this report is retained in this Laboratory for future reference.
