 Background and Rationale
Learning Partnership refers to the mentoring relationship between a learning partner
and a learning facilitator. It is a process whereby a trained or experienced teacher or
group of teachers extends professional support to their co-teachers who may be
veteran or novice,through different stages in their teaching career.
 Objectives
1.To support professional development of teachers
2. To provide an avenue for trained teachers to share innovation, skills and knowledge
with other teachers.
