SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Richee Genesis B. Tuason, of legal age, with residence at 2117 Singalong St., Malate, Manila,
do hereby appoint my maternal aunt, Myrleen Hao Baldeo, likewise of legal age, with residence at 2117
Singalong St., Malate, Manila, as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name, and stead,
and on my behalf to do and execute any or all of the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1.) To renew my PRC ID for Master Plumber with license number 0010435;
2.) To present the necessary documents required in claiming said ID which includes, among others,
the following:
a. Original Application Form;
b. Employment Contract in Singapore verified by the Philippine Embassy;
c. My expired PRC ID.
3.) To sign on my behalf any documents necessary to expedite such application and claim of my PRC
ID.

I hereby grant my Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to do and perform each and every
act which may be necessary or convenient, in connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could do, if personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-In-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
