    AND CONSULTANCY BAGI CADANGAN MEMBINA SEBUAH RUMAH KEDIAMAN DUA TINGKAT
    SESEBUAH DI ATAS LOT PT 3059, JALAN KEMUNTING 3, MUKIM SIMPANG KANAN, DAERAH
    BATU PAHAT, JOHOR DARUL TA’ZIM
    UNTUK TETUAN: TAN CHIAP HWA
    With reference to the project above, we're pleased to submit the following quotation for your kind
    consideration: -

    I) Design and Drafting for Electrical, Telephone & Street Lighting Infrastructure including the
    following scope of works:
    a) Investigation of data and relevant information necessary for the work.
    b) Liaison with the authorities TNB/KUJ, TM & MPBP having jurisdiction on
    submission and handover inspection matters.
    c) Design and prepare electrical layout and schematic drawings for TNB/KUJ approval.
    d) Design and prepare street lighting layout and schematic drawings for Majlis approval.
    e) Design and prepare telephone layout and schematic drawings for TM Approval
    f) Endorsement of all necessary Forms & Drawings for application of CCC.
    g) Consultancy Fees
    Total design consultancy fees as per lump sum of RM 4,500.00 (Exclusive of 6% SST)

    II) Payment Terms : -


    a) 30% on completion of design/submission of application to the authorities.
    b) 40% on receiving of approval from the authorities.
    c) 30% upon completion of work.
