PATTA SUB DIVISION

Patta sub division Service was mainly used for measuring boundaries of field by
Surveyor. Sub Division Service was mainly used for sub-division of his/her land by
Mandal Surveyor.

User Charges: Rs 35/-
Challan Amount: Rs 250/-(As Stipulated)
SLA : 45 Days

Procedure for Applying:

♦ Operator clicks on Revenue Department services to go to Revenue Department


Services.

♦ In Revenue Department Services Select “Patta Sub Division” Service. Like shown
in the below screen.

♦ After selecting “Patta Sub Division” Service in the Revenue Department services, the
below screen will be displayed.
♦ Operator enters all the applicant details and Document details description such as
No. of survey numbers, Survey number details, Document district, Document
mandal, Document village, Document type, category & Apply to etc.
Please select delivery option as Manual. Like shown in the below screen.
♦ Enter No. of survey numbers in No. of survey numbers field, like shown in the below
screen.
♦ Enter survey numbers details in survey numbers details field, like shown in the below
screen.
♦ Select document type (either F-line petition/Subdivision) from document type drop
down list. Like shown in the below screen.
♦ Operator enters land boundaries of survey numbers which citizen mentioned. Like
shown in the below screen.
♦ Operator collects the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the service
page and scans the same documents and uploads into the system. Like shown in the
below screen.
Please note that all the mandatory fields have to be entered, otherwise request will not
be accepted by the system.
Please Note that Operator has to select the Permanent Address of the applicant
correctly as the concerned mandal officials visit this place during the verification of
his/her Land details
♦ After entering all mandatory fields and uploading the necessary supporting
documents, Operator Clicks on “Show Payment” button like shown in the below
screen.

♦ After Clicking on “Show Payment” button, it will go to Conform Payment. Like


shown in the below screen.
♦ Based on the delivery option chosen by the citizen, the service charges will be
calculated. Like shown in the below screen.
♦ Operator collects the amount from the customer and submits the request by
Clicking on “Conform Payment” button, like shown in the below screen.
♦ On confirmation the receipt will be generated as shown below along with the
Certificate Delivery Date.
Please note that in case if you do not have sufficient balance with your service provider
(SCA), system will not accept the request.

♦ On submission, the request will go to respective Tahasildhar workflow for further


processing.
♦ Applicant Collects the Patta Sub Division from Tahasildhar office.
