This agreement is made on this the 16th day of July 2018 between

Sinoj, Managing Partner, Valiyath constructions, Panmana.P.O.,

Puthenchantha,. of one part, the contractor, here in after called the Ist party
and BLUE ARC builders and engineers represented by its Managing partner
Shamnad Subair S/o.Subair kutty, Edavanthazhathu veedu,
Vavvakkavu.P.O., Changankulangara, Oachira Village, Karunagappally
Taluk of the other part, the Sub contractor, here in after called the 2nd party.
In consideration of the payment to be made by the Ist party to the
2nd party the 2nd party hereby convenents with the Ist party to execute,
complete and maintain the subcontract work in conformity in all respect with
the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
IN WITNESS thereof the Ist and 2nd parties here into set their
respective hand the day month and year first above written.

1. Specification and scope of work of the Sub-Contract.

1. Description of work:-
Construction of steel foot brich at Marakkulam Kadavu across
Ithikkara river in Kollam District.
Site Location
Markkulam Kadavu, Sheematti.P.O., Chathanoor.
1(2) Mechanical work
1.(2) (i)The specification and scope of works to be performed by the 2nd
party, the sub-contractor under this agreement with regard to mechanical
work in connection with the discription of work is as follows;
(a) Fabrication and erection of the brdige, all materials, tools, and
tackles, consumables, Lifting equipments, Labour, electricity,
scafoldings, and other work expenses are to be met by the 2nd party.
1(2)(ii) The specification and scope of work to be performed by the Ist party
the contractor under this agreement with regard to mechanical work in
connection with the description of work is as follows;
(a)All drawings, working procedure, inspection documents is to be
provided by the Ist party
1(2) (iii) Total weightage of mechanical work is 9.74 Tones.
1(2) (iv) Rate of Fabrication and errection work Rs. 1,20,000/- per tone.
1(2)(v) Total amount 11, 68,800
1(2) (vi) Hand rails. Total length of Hand rail is 417 meters.
1(2) (vii) Rate of Hand rail Rs. 80/- per meter
Total amount for hand rail Rs. 33,360/-
1(2)(viii) Grand total of Mechanical work Rs. 12,02,16/-
Round off Rs. 12,00,000/-

1(3) Civil work.

Pilling work of the bridge is already completed by the Ist party, contractor.
1(3) (i) Specification and scope of work to be performed by the 2nd party, sub
contractor, with regard to the civil work in connection with the description
of work is as follows;
 (a) Pile chipping, PCC, RCC, steal bending, rubble work, ceramic floor
laying, interlock laying escavations, painting, granular sub abse,
Labour work, Labour, shutter materials, mixer and tools and necessary
for the work completion.
1(3) (ii) Specification and scope of work to be performed by the Ist party,
with regard to civil work, is as follows.
(a) All materials such as M.Sand, Metal, Steel, Cement, Rubble, floor tile,
all other meterials required for the work is to be provided by the Ist party.
(b) All drawings, working procedure, inspection reports etc.
i(3) (iii) Total amount labour work with tools and tackles for civil work is
Rs. 8, 00,000/-.
2. Payment condition for Mechanical and Civil Work
(a) Advance 2,00,000 (Two Lakhs) on date 23/7/2018.
(b) 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs) on date 9/8/2018.
(c) 3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs) on date 24/8/2018.
(d) Rs.3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs) after completion of fabrication and before
starting the erection work.
(e) Rs.4,00,000/- (Four Lakhs) on date 25/9/2018
(f) Balance 3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs) within 30 days after completion of
work.
Total cost for the completion of work Rs. 20,00,000/-(Twenty Lakhs)
3 Accomodation, Food.
The second party, the sub-contractor shall be responsible for accommoda
tion and food for his staff and labours.
4. Transportation
The second party, the sub contractor shall be responsible for
transportation of his staff and Labours to and from the site.
5. Quality of Assurance
By putting signature in this agreement the 2nd party the subcontractor
agrees to comply with required quality for the work done by him.
6 Consequenses of breach
 The second party hereby affirms that he will perform all the duties
incurred upon him, by using of this agreement and that if any loss occured
to the Ist party due to derliction of duty or breach of conditions, by the
2nd party all assets including immovable and movable properties of the
2nd party will be liable to compensate the said loss.
The first party also hereby affirmed that he will perform all the duties
incurred upon by him by way of this agreement including the payments to
2nd party, and that if any loss occured due to derliction of duty or breach
of conditions by the ist party, all the assets including immovable and
movable properties of the Ist party will be made liable to compensate the
said loss of the Ist Party.
In case any breach on this conditions mentioned above the affected
party can approach court of law for reddressal of his grievance.
