The said Mr.Vaithi Died on 29.0A 1992, and the same is evidenced by
the Legal Heirship Certificate No.PA.MU.AS/ tO484 I95, dated lO.1 1.1995,
issued by the Thasildar, Sriperumpudur Taluk. The said Mr.Vaithi during
his lifetime executed a registered will dated O4/O7/lggl registered as
document No.73 of 1991, SRO Poonamallee. The said registered Will reveals
that Mr.Vaidhi had Five sons and Three Daughters l.Mr.V.Ellappan,
2.Mr.V.Babu, 3.Mr.V.Vadivelu, 4.Mr.V.Muthukrishnan, 5.Mr.V.Ekambaram,
6.Mrs.Vasantha, T.Mrs.Meena and 8.Mrs.Gowri. The recitals in the said will
reveal that t}le properties were bequeatJred in favour of the sons alone. As
already stated above the said properties purchased in the names of
1.Mr.V.E11appan, 2.Mr.V. Babu. 3.Mr. V.Vadivelu, 4.Mr.V. Muthukrishnan,
5.Mr.V.Ekambaram, sons of Mr.Vaithi. After the demise of Mr.Vaithi, his
sons l.Mr.V. Ellappan, 2.Mr.V.Babu, 3.Mr.V.vadivelu,
4.Mr.V.Muthukrishnan, 5.Mr.V.Ekambaram, entered into a Registered
Partition Deed dated 22.07.1999, Registered as Document No.1633 of 1999,
SRO Poonamallee. As per the said Partition Deed the properties are divided
as per particulars mentioned below.

The Patta in respect of the said property was also granted in tle
names of
l.Mr.V.Ellappan,2.Mr.V.Babu,3.Mr.V.vadivelu,4.Mr.V.Muthukrishnan,5.V.E
kambaram, sons of Mr.Vaithi bearing patta No.32l, as per patta property
subdivided as survey Nos.36l/4B, Extent : 0.07.5 Ares (about Acre 0.19
Cents); Survey No.361/4D, Extent : 0.01.0 Ares (about Acre 0.02.5 cents)
and survey No.362/3E, Extent : 0.01.0 Ares (about Acre 0.02.5 cents).
Even though the Patta in respect of the said properties sub divided as
different extent, as per Partition the said l.Mr.V.Ellappan, 2.Mr.V.Babu,
3.Mr.V.Vadivelu, 4.Mr.V.Muthukrishnan, 5.Mr.V.Ekambaram, sons of
Mr.Vaithi each is entitled to Acre 1.93 cents in all measuring Acre 9.65
cents and an extent of 9 cents belonging to aI, and thus in all measuring an
extent of, Acre 9.74 cents is presently absolutely owned and possessed by
the said Mr.V.Ellappan and others.
REVENUE RECORDS:.
WHEREAS the above said vendor& ors herein has developed and formed
a Layout of House Sites on the above said lands, totally admeasuring a',
extent of 9.74.cents, comprised in Survey Nos. Survey Nos: 362/3C (0.9g
Centl, 3621 48 (0.96 cents), A6t /4C (0.90 Cents), 362 /3D (0.99 Cents),
362/2 (0.64 Cents), 362138 (1.00 Cents), 36214A (O.2r Cents), 362134
(1.89 Cents),357 (1.45 Cents),361/2 (0.22 Cents), 361/4A (0.25 Cents),
s61/48 (0.19 Cents), S6t/4D (0.02.5 Centsl, 362/3E (0.02.5 Cents),
situated at Kavalchery, Voyalanallur-B Village, poonamallee Taluk,
Thiruvallur District, consisting of plots bearing Nos.l to 302 and obtained
approval from chennai Metropolitan Development Authority vide ppD/Lo
No.32 /2023 in Letter No.Ll/L5962/2022, dated 16/02/2023 and planning
Permit No.15302 on 16l12/2023 and subsequently approved by
'Commissioner' Poonamallee panchayath Union, vide RC.No.496l2023/ As
dated 24 lo2 12023 and coming within the Registration District of
Thiruvallur and sub Registration District of poonama-llee and the said rayout
has been named as "AYAAN CITY", morefully described in Schedule
hereunder.
2. The VENDOR'S Power Agent hereby agree to sell the vacant housing plot
No.23O, (extent of 828 Sq.ft) & plot No.2O1, (extent of 828 Sq.ft) totalty
measuring an extent of 1656 Sq.ft., comprised in Survey No.362/3A, as
per patta sub - division Sunrey No.362l3A1A1, in the 1ayout named as

All that piece and parcel of vacant housing ptot No.2BO, measuring an
extent of 828 Sq.ft., comprised in Survey No.362/3A, as per patta sub -
dir.ision Sunrey No.362/3A1A1, in the layout "AyAAN CITy", approved from
Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority vide ppD/LO No.32/2O23 n
Letter No.Ll / 15962 /2022, dated 16 l02 /2023 and ptanning permit
No.15302 on 16/02/2023 and subsequently approved by Commissioner,
Poonamallee Panchayath Union, vide RC.No.496 /2023 / A3 dated
24/O2/2023 and coming within the Registration District of Thiruvallur and
Sub Registration District of Poonamallee and the said layout has been
named as "AYAAN CITY', and also approved by Tamil Nadu Real Estate
Regulatory Authority, Chennai, ot 2O/O3/2O23 under project Registration
No.TN / 2 9 / Regularisation Layout/O949 /2023 situated at Cents situated in
