Robots bring a lot of benefits and convenience to people in life, production and business, it

supports a lot of technology and manual production, besides the benefits that robots bring, it also
has many potential disadvantages and challenges for users such as:
Expensive: Artificial intelligence technology necessitates significant expenditures on staff,
hardware, software, infrastructure, and specialist knowledge. When adopting and maintaining AI
systems, this puts strain on the budgets and expenses of enterprises and organizations. It might be
challenging for small and medium-sized companies to justify the expenses of introducing robots
into their working spaces.

High unemployment rate: Some conventional jobs that were formerly held by humans might be
replaced by artificial intelligence. As AI technology increasingly replaces people in some work
areas, this has raised worries about increased unemployment rates in such industries.

Not sensitive in handling situations: Robots are limited in what they can accomplish, humans
must oversee and carry out the activities that robots cannot. While it is true that some robots have
attained artificial intelligence, humans are still superior, particularly in scenarios that require
complicated decision-making. It can only handle preprogrammed scenarios; it cannot handle
unanticipated occurrences.

Upkeep expenses: Robot requires ongoing maintenance because to their countinous operation,
which raises the cost of maintenance.

Absence of feelings: Emotions are important, especially when it comes to customer service.
Rigid, process-compliant robots will only make unhappy customers angry about the company's
offerings. A team of experienced workers with years of experience can handle the situation with
ease in the meantime. To sum up, human ingenuity and empathy set us apart from machines.

Information security issue: With internet-connected devices, thieves may take over computers
and launch widespread network attacks. harmful software, robot hazards, and hacker control.

Absence of critical thinking: Critical thinking is the ability to evaluate a subject from a range of
perspectives and aspects. Critical thought is beyond the capabilities of robots.
Environmental risks: Robots have certain effects on the environment. They can pollute the
environment because they use fuels such as gasoline, oil ,.. To work, more seriously they could
contribute to climate change
