Thank you for choosing and using our products.
This workshop manual is designed to help precise and effective service work for the DSM
combine harvester manufactured and distributed by KIOTI.

This manual contains detailed information about the specifications, troubleshooting, remov-
al/installation/disassembly/assembly instructions and component description for the product
arranged by service functions. Therefore, information contained in this manual should be
fully understood to ensure timely and accurate service with proper components in order to
extend the service life of the engine and enhance profitability.

If the described instructions are not followed, it can lead to performance degradation and
shorter service life. Especially, make sure to use only "KIOTI GENUINE" parts for replacement
to ensure satisfactory performance since they are designed and manufactured according to
the defined specifications and passed several strict quality tests. Any failure or quality prob-
lem occurred by using a non-genuine part or service workshop other than the designated
workshop will void the warranty.

 Guidance for use and disposal of
resources for protection of environment
As KIOTI is specialized in designing, manufacturing and distributing agricultural machines,
it runs its whole business environmentally friendly through minimizing pollutants and saving
resources as much as possible. All employees are responsible for following the environ-
mental laws and related regulations and improving their involvement to contribute to protec-
tion of the environment. To achieve this, performance of KIOTI's own environmental protec-
tion goals are measured periodically and related information is available to customers and
stakeholders to ensure transparency of its environmental management system.
Be more active in protecting our environment by following guidance for use and disposal of
resources below:

1. Users of this product should read and understand this manual thoroughly and avoid
overload. If this product is overloaded, its life can be shortened and unburned exhaust
gas can pollute the environment.

2. When changing various fluid, such as engine oil, transmission fluid and hydraulic oil,
never dispose used fluid carelessly. Hand used fluid to your dealer to dispose it accord-
ing to the applicable laws.

3. Handle and operate this product in a proper manner. If it is expired, never abandon (dis-
pose) it in any place. Rust and oil from an abandoned product can pollute ground and
water. Therefore, when disposing an expired product, have it collected by an authorized
scrap dealer to dispose it according to the applicable laws and regulations.

This workshop manual contains information about operating principles, inspection, service,
disassembly and assembly of each section of the KIOTI combine harvester DSM series,
including the automation, electric system, engine and hydraulic system, for service techni-
cians. Make sure to fully understand this information before working on the vehicle to en-
sure accurate service.

The main body in each chapter contains instructions for inspection, adjustment, disassembly
and assembly of components, mainly service replacement parts (consumables), and functional
description based on the cross-sectional view of the system for reference.

1. Connector
1) This manual contains circuit diagrams marked with connectors and their terminal numbers.
2) The connector number and terminal number are referred to the corresponding wiring diagram.
3) The sides of a connector are indicated as male or female in diagrams. However, these marks do not neces-
sarily indicate the female and male terminals, but the sides seen from the connector case.
