I am writing to recommend Ben as an exceptional candidate for any position requiring dedication,
compassion, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of children and youth. I had the pleasure of
working alongside Ben during the Boys and Girls Club Summer Camp in 2022, where we co-facilitated
activities for the older age group (ages 9-12).
Throughout our time together, Ben consistently demonstrated a great level of professionalism,
enthusiasm, and genuine care for campers under our supervision. His keen involvement and sense of
humour are such valuable assets in creating a positive and engaging environment for the campers.
Ben possesses a remarkable ability to connect with children on a personal level, fostering trust and
understanding in every interaction. He approaches with empathy and compassion, always taking the time
to listen to the concerns and interests of each camper. Whether leading outdoor games or indoor activities,
he always ensures that every child feels included, supported, and valued.
