ShaliProtek PuR 40 / 100

(2 component, brushable & sprayable polyurea based membrane)
A two component, brushable, elastomeric polyurea waterproofing coating
giving long lasting protection in diverse applications, like, concrete roofs,
metallic surfaces, bitumen membranes, over new or old waterproofing
coatings, on top of new PU foam insulation, water tanks (non-potable
water), non-exposed surfaces (under tiles), foundation (exterior) walls, etc.
It has excellent resistance to early rain, thermal stability and outstanding
mechanical properties.

ShaliUrethane LHM
A single component, high solids, moisture cured, high tensile modified PU elastomeric liquid
waterproofing membrane with an elongation of 700% ± 50. Conforms to ASTM C-836 &
ASTM C-898.

ShaliUrethane LHM 2K
A two component, elastic, cold applied PU liquid membrane for waterproofing and protection
of concrete slabs exposed to extended moisture conditions. Conforms to ASTM C-836 &
ASTM C-898.

ShaliUrethane LHM 2K 80
A two component, high tensile, UV resistant, elastic, cold applied PU liquid membrane for
water proofing and surface protection.

ShaliUrethane LM
Moisture cured UV resistant PU waterproofing liquid membrane. It forms a seamless
monolithic membrane, which cures when comes in contact with atmospheric moisture to
form a UV resistant, tough & durable waterproofing membrane. Conforms to ASTM C-836 &
ASTM C-898.

ShaliUrethane BTD / WB 20
These are single component, water based, cold applied, UV Resistant, elastomeric, in-situ, PU
Liquid membranes for waterproofing of Roofs (including corrugated) / Terraces, Podium and
Gutter areas. Conforms to ASTM C-836 & IS-17218.
WB 20 is fast drying and provides excellent water / chemical / weather resistance.

ShaliCryl LM / LM HI / 215
Single component, energy saving, microfibre reinforced, UV resistant, elastomeric, heavy
duty, monolithic / seamless acrylic waterproofing liquid membrane, with high mechanical
strength and resistance to fungal growth. LM is a 3-layer system with coats in 3 different
colours ensuring proper build-up of the thickness. The top coat shall be white for a good
cooling effect. Conforms to ASTM D-6083. High SRI as per EN 673 & EN 410. 215 is used as
an exterior elastomeric anti-carbonation waterproofing paint.

/ slope).

ShaliCem FWP
Two component Cementitious Polymer Modified Waterproofing Coating for
the waterproofing and protection of concrete surfaces, plasters, screeds
and cement-based substrates ceramic and marble. can be used as both
side waterproofing.

ShaliCem EWP / 150 / 200

(2 component, ready-to-use cementitious elastomeric
UV resistant waterproofing coating)g
Acrylic polymer modified cementitious two component flexible
waterproofing coating system that is mixed on site. Can be applied on
concrete, masonry by brush, roller or trowel. Forms a hard finish, seamless
surface that act as a barrier to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases.
Suitable for potable water services as per DIN 1048: Water Penetration
Test; BS 1881 Part 5, USFDA-175.300

ShaliCrete / ShaliCrete 47
Acrylic Polymer Coating for Waterproofing & Repair
Easy to use. UV stable. Improved bonding strength. Reduced cracking
through increased mortar flexural & tensile strength. Greater impact
resistance. Reduced permeability. Non-flammable & Anti-toxic. Also
available with higher solid content as, ShaliCrete 47 complying to BS
6319 Part 2, 3 & 4.

ShaliSBR Latex Bonding Admixture for Adhesion & Repairs of Concrete Structures
Styrene Butadiene Rubber co-polymer based. Used in mortar & concrete
as an admixture and bonding agent. Increases its water resistance,
durability and waterproofing characteristics. Stable under wet alkaline
conditions forming a reinforcing polymer matrix within cementitious mixes.
Meets ASTM C-1059 norms.
ShaliCrete RM is a popular version of the versatile SBR based cement
modifier.

PRE-FORMED
MEMBRANES

TarFelt APP
A uniquely formulated, cold applied, APP modified, polyester reinforced, economic
waterproofing membrane. It is a virtual self-adhesive waterproofing membrane supported by
ShaliBond APP. Used for Corrugated asbestos / metal sheets, Concrete roof (sloped / flat
roofs), Basement, Swimming pools (externally), Concrete retaining structures, Tunnels,
Subways, Car park, Irrigation canals lining and as base layer in multi-layer waterproofing
system. Meets ASTM D-5147.

SuperTene / SuperTene 7
High elongation, heavy duty, self-adhesive SBS based pre-formed waterproofing membrane
with high density 4-ply cross laminated tough polyethylene film on one side and easy-to-peel
silicon film on the other side; for waterproofing / damp proofing of flat / sloping / pitched roof,
foundation, basements, structural concrete, masonry walls, split slab both above and below
ground, retaining walls, as a base sheet or intermediate layer in a multi-layer system and
metro rail platform insulation.

SuperThermolay APP / SBS

SuperThermolay APP is uniquely formulated, APP modified, pre-fabricated, non-woven,
plastomeric waterproofing membrane with spun bonded polyester mat at its core.
SuperThermoLay SBS is designed for cold climates, consists of a non-woven polyester
reinforcement coated with a specially formulated mixture of SBS modified bitumen;
recommended for above ground applications. Meets ASTM D-5147 and IS:16532 standards.

ShaliHDPE SA
A self-adhesive, multilayer waterproofing membrane. It is a composite of HDPE film, high
polymer adhesive layer, and unique process reaction-type inorganic polymer particle;
recommended for sub structures. Armed with a cast-in-place concrete by chemical cross-
linking to achieve high strength bonding, it completely prevents moisture penetration and
leakage, without basal displacement effects. Available in mineral topped finish.

ShaliEPDM
An Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer synthetic, single ply, preformed, reinforced / non-
reinforced waterproofing membrane in black colour; ideal for waterproofing of terrace,
basement and especially pond lining. Conforms to ASTM D-4637 Type 1 and ASTM D-7465.

ShaliPVC
A non-reinforced geomembrane, opaque, PVC membrane, suitable with signal layer (twin
colour). It is not resistant to UV and recommended for waterproofing protection against water
ingress for Tunnel / Basement and Protected roofs.

SEALING
SYSTEMS

ShaliSeal PS PG / GG
ShaliSeal PS PG (Pourable grade) and ShaliSeal PS GG (Gun Grade) are two component, polysulphide polymer based, UV resistant,
flexible, tear resistant, rubbery, self-levelling, non-staining sealants, which adheres to most of building materials, like, cementitious
substrates, aluminium, glass, wood, mild steel, etc.
Both cure at ambient temperature, have excellent recovery characteristics after extended period of compression / elongation with
outstanding resistance to most chemicals, weather conditions, ageing and shrinkage.
Joints in concrete roads, bridges, subways, flyovers & airport runway. Conforms to BS 5212 Part I – Type F & FB (Flame and Fume
Resistant); IS: 12118 Part-1; BS 4254; ASTM C-920; BS EN 14188-2.
Both these are recommended in:
• Joints in water retaining structures - water tanks, swimming pools, decks, aquaducts, dams, canals & reservoirs
• Expansion joints in buildings, joints between concrete pipe lines, roof light joints, etc.
• Nuclear Power station reactor domes

ShaliWaterBar 300 / 800

These are very economical, safe to use, well-developed joining strips with re-swellable properties; ideally used for making construction
joints (prone to water attack) permanently or temporarily watertight.
ShaliPVC Stopper
It is a flexible PVC water stop for construction and expansion joints in concrete structures. It complies with following specification
IS : 15058 : 2002.

ShaliSeal PU is single component PU elastomeric sealant. It resists crack arising out of movements of joint materials. It is
recommended for Concrete Runways, Highways, Roads & pavements, Bridge decks, Docks and harbours, Parking decks, warehouses
and Fuel / Chemical spillage areas. Conforms to EN 14187-5; BS 5212; ASTM C-920; ISO-11600.

ShaliSeal PU PG 2K is a two component, chemically curing, PU resin based joint sealant.

When base and the hardener are mixed, it cures to form a tough, hard-wearing seal which has excellent resistance to fuel, oil and chemicals.
The sealant has a movement accommodation factor (MAF) of ± 25%. Conforms to EN 14187-5; BS 5212; ASTM C-920; ISO-11600.

ShaliTape Flex is a high performance, thermoplastic, joint tape for expansion joints and cracks having elastomeric behaviour. It
allows irregular and high movement in more than one direction while maintaining a high-quality seal. It is resistant to water, cement-
water, sea water, domestic sewage, bitumen, light fuel oil, diesel, alkali, acid, ethanol, methanol and petrol.
It is recommended for:
• Flexible waterproofing seal for expansion joints subject to large amount of movement in service in roofs, tunnels, road-works, etc.
• Sealing expansion joints in prefabricated panels, structural joints in facades and hydraulic works, such as channels, basins, drains, pipe-
works
• Waterproofing expansion joints in flat covering layers

ShaliBond TPE adhesive is a two-component epoxy adhesive for Thermoplastic Elastomeric Olefin (TPE) based tape. It is specially
developed for high mechanical bond strength with special type of selected filler and additives. It has excellent thixotropic behaviour which
helps during its application on the surface.
Its inherent surface wetting character gives superior bond strength between two adhering substrates. It is recommended as an adhesive for
thermoplastic elastomeric olefin tapes.

PlastiSeal / PlastiSeal P
PlastiSeal P is cementitious ready-mix polymer modified powder for slope levelling on concrete deck and crack filling in plastered / concrete
surface. It requires addition of water only before application. It has strong adhesion with non-shrink character having good water resistance
properties and weathering durability. It is recommended for:
• Crack Filling up to 3 - 5 mm (for cracks up to 3 mm, use PlastiSeal ready made paste)
• Level undulation on un-plastered or plastered ceilings and wall prior to painting
• Levelling floor / wall before tiling and prior to application of ShaliTile Fix products

ShaliCrete RM
SBR Based Mortar / Rendering Admixture and Bonding Agent

ShaliGrout IP / ShaliGrout PU F / ShaliGrout PU 2K

These are Injections / Pressure grouts for void packing and leakage sealing.
IP is admixed with cement to create a non-shrink mass.
PU F / PU 2K are polyurethane based foam type and tough resinous injectables to stop leakage and permanently seal out any leakage
channel in a concrete system.

ShaliFix FRM / MC
These are a single component, polymer modified, ready mix dry powder requiring addition of clean water to produce a highly consistent
reinforced mortar for structural and load bearing repairs.
FRM is suitable for single layer hi-build for both hand as well as spray application for variety of repair applications, including overhead
repairs.
MC is a high strength material, which is easy to use with an extended working time for ease of placement. It is similar in appearance to
concrete and is suitable for use as a topping, patching mortar or repair material on horizontal surfaces. It is recommended for repair of
damaged concrete structures viz. columns / beams / slabs. parking decks, floor toppings, joint, equipment bases, pedestals and pavements.

ShaliPlast IW / IW CI
ShaliPlast IW is an integral liquid waterproofing compound composed of surface-active agents, plasticizers, polymer and additives. It is
also used as an additive for PCC / Mortar / Plasters to make concrete cohesive by reducing cement voids / capillaries. It conforms to the
requirements of IS:2645 and IS:9103.
ShaliPlast IW CI is an integral liquid waterproofing compound which protects concrete internally from ingress of water as well as saves the
reinforcement bars against chloride induced corrosion. It is a unique bi-polar admixing compound that migrates through concrete during
curing process and puts a passive layer over the reinforcement bar.

ShaliGrout 73
ShaliGrout 73 is a free flow non-shrink grout for packing of core cutting sections, especially in wet rooms areas, for insertions of water
supply or sewerage pipes through horizontal / vertical substrate.
