I was drawn by the promise of “safe and efficient travel at your fingertips” advertised in your
promotional and even good reviews on internet, but when I try to use the app it glitches!!
Secondly, the advertisement said “the best in punctuality and route optimization service” well, the
vehicle arrived late, causing me to miss an important class at school; furthermore, during the ride, the
navigation system seemed to fail, leading to a long and full of traffic ride.
Finally, according to the advertisement, the car would drop me off in the exact spot but it didn’t!!
It dropped me off four blocks away from my school so I had to run. How can I pay for that??
I understand that technology can sometimes have glitches, but as long as i’m going to pay, I expect a
certain level of reliability and quality service, this time, my experience fell far from my expectations.
I kindly request that measures be taken to improve the reliability and performance of your self-driving
vehicles, also, I would appreciate a refund or credit for the unsatisfactory service provided on this
occasion.
I hope you to attend my request and do what is necessary to improve your service before lying in your
adds.
