The document contains two suggestions for the general body meeting. The first suggests amending the constitution to allocate representation on the executive committee based on population, with two representatives from more populated talukas and one from less populated talukas, for a total of 19 representatives. It also suggests the executive committee officers be elected from these representatives and have a 3-year term. The second suggests forming a committee of experts to conduct a detailed study of the ST community's customs, worship, mythology, folk songs, dances, culture and history and prepare a report to make this information public and available to the ST communities. It also suggests a sub-committee focus on collecting similar information for the Christian ST community.

In the state of Goa, the population of the samaj is not equal in all 12 talukas. Hence, the representation on the executive committee should be on the basis of population of the talukas. There should be Two representative from the thickly populated talukas of Canacona, Quepem, Sanguem, Dharbandoda, Sattari, Ponda and Tiswadi. One representative from less populated talukas of Salcete, Marmugao, Bardez, Bicholem and Pernem. Accordingly there should be only 19 elected representatives on the executive committee of the samaj. The posts of president, vice-president, secretary, dy. secretary and treasurer should be elected from the elected representatives of the talukas. The term of the executive committee should be 3 years.

mythology, folk songs, folk dance, culture, history etc. It is known that the Govt. of Goa through the Tribal Research Centres is carried out various activities of the ST communities of Goa for their welfare, development and collecting information pertaining to customs usage worship, mythology, folk songs, folk dance, history and culture. In this connection, it is suggested that there should be an expert , intellectual personalities to study and prepare the detailed report of these matters and prepare the appropriate report as such the real information will be made available to the public as well as ST communities. Hence we request to approach the Tribal Research Centre through the govt. to appoint a committee of the intellectuals personalities.
