The specimen of the application form is at Annexure-B. 7 c LADIES INDUSTRIAL HOMES Staff Welfare Organization has established Ladies Industrial Homes to provide training facilities in the useful crafts such as sewing, tailoring, embroidery (hand & machine}, knitting etc to the female dependents of Federal Government Employees. The Ladies Industrial Homes have been established in residential colonies or at the places of their concentration. The trai ing in said crafts also enables the females to supplement their family income. Trai ig classes and courses of different durations are held in which Certificate and Diptoma courses are also included. 2 For two years diploma and one year certificate course the industrial homes is affiliated with board of Technical Education, Lahore which conduct the examination every year. The classes for these diploma and certificate courses are held at Ladies Industrial Home , G-9/2, Islamabad. In other industrial Home training is also imparted in cutting, sewing, machine and hand knitting, embroidery, dress designing etc. for which certificates are issued by Staff Welfare Organization. 3.
