• Associated with Nayara Energy Ltd.(Formerly known as Essar Oil Ltd), Jamnagar
(Gujarat) as Assistant Manager-Field Operations & Panel Training in 18MMTPA
CDU/VDU/SGU operation Since 07 December 2020.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tackling breakdowns and rectifying it for the smooth running
of plant within the operational parameters in order to achieve optimum utilization of
resources.
• Competent in ensuring, coordinating & implementing the preventive, predictive &
breakdown maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant
equipment & machinery.

• Excellent communication & relationship management skills with demonstrated abilities in

mentoring motivated teams/ workforce.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working as Assistant Manager-Field Operations, responsible for safe and smooth operation
using Look-Listen-Feel technique.
• Follow the standard operating procedure for routine and emergency work and instructions
of DCS panel and shift in charge.
• Carrying out routine test run of plant auxiliaries and stand by equipment's.
• Involved in work pack preparation for shutdown jobs, system handover and takeover from
maintenance.
• Having an experience of Troubleshooting & emergency situations and respond to panel and
initiate proper corrective actions to process alarms.
• Having an experience of commissioning of MOC in running unit.
• Having Experience of Plant start-up and shutdown activities.
Unit Operations Handled:
• Atmospheric Distillation
• Vacuum Distillation Desalters & Pre-flash vessel
• Dual fired Furnaces.
• Fuel gas Absorber LPG Extractor
• Stabilizer (LPG-Naphtha Splitter)
• Multi stage Compressors & Pumps, Fin fan Coolers.
• Steam Generation System-Waste Heat Boiler, Super heater, De-super heater.
• Heat exchanger & Hot Pump hand over for mechanical and chemical cleaning.
Safety Management:
• Strictly follows the work permit system for hot work, cold work, confined space entry
• Fallows safety practices with providing Tool box talk, Task based risk assessment, Near
Miss reporting.

• Undergone through Basic firefighting, Toxic gas handling trainings and various plant mock
drills.
