PIE CHART

Practice 1:

The pie chart illustrates the amount of energy produced by six different kinds of fuel in Florida in
2007 and 2027.

As can be observed, the power generation of natural gas will be the highest while that of oil will
see the opposite in the last year given.

It is obvious that the power output of natural gas stood at the highest position of 38.8% at the
beginning, but then will rise significantly to more than a half in 2027. Additionally, the energy production
for coal started the period lower than the figure for natural gas (29.3% compared to 38.8%). After that, it
is anticipated that coal will be less common and account for 23.7% over the span of 20 years.

On the other hand, there was a minimal increase to 15.9% in the proportion of energy generated
by nuclear in 2027. Furthermore, the power output of renewables, oil, and other sources made up 2.1%,
6.7% and 11.1% respectively. It is also noteworthy that the power production of other types of fuel will
undergo a sharp decline to 3.4% in 2027.
