Senior Compliance Officer Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program.

 Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
 Develop and review company policies.

 Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.

 Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

 Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.

 Daily floor visit and monitoring and take action to improve the findings.
 Implement and maintain company safety rules, regulations, SOPs including of air quality, noise,
temperature, humidity, water & energy consumption, wastewater etc.
 Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
 Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.

 Arrange and conduct necessary training/ orientation on HR & Compliance etc.

 Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.
 Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
 Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
 Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
 Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
